Growing up in the panhandle, we saw more snow than sand but I got to go on a girls trip to the beach one year in college and I wouldn\’t trade the memories we made on that trip for anything!

Grew up not far from Lake Michigan, I like the beaches of Texas much better. The water is so much warmer!

When I lived near the beach, my sisters, mom, and I would sometimes go down on the first day of school and, since we were homeschooled, do our school work there. For some reason we didn’t get much work done ;)

we always used to visit the east coast during the summers with my family. i had my first kiss there one year with the man that turned out to be my husband. beaches will always hold a special place in my heart. love the necklace!!
